Very protected bay, on three and a half sides, making it an excellent hurricane hole. All their moorings are granite blocks/ground tackled and inspected annually.

Downtown Kittery and Portsmouth are respectively about 1.5miles and 4 miles away by land and easily accessible by walking and biking (bikes available at office). By tender, Portsmouth is just a 5 minute ride across the river and public docks are available downtown. Very convivial and friendly ambiance. Owner Tom Allen, his wife Margaret, manager John Glessner, dockmaster Jason Tittle and the whole go the extra step to ensure their guests satisfaction. They have 2 full service boatyard facilities in the area, over 20,000s.f. of heated storage, certified ABYC technicians, and are Caterpillar, John Deere, and Yanmar dealers. Haul out capacity is 50 metric tons.

Both facilities are registered “Clean Marinas” by the State of Maine.

Max haul capacity: 70 ton Rail, 50 ton hydraulic submersible. Recent purchase of a 55-ton Marine Travel Lift. Other recent improvements include new face floats, new concrete power wash pad, and expanded lower area for short-term haul outs.
